Demonstration
activities,
will be
performed in
2009.
In particular:
During the demonstration activities the results
obtained were validated under real conditions also monitoring
the proper functioning of key elements of performance control
(e.g., temperature, pressure) of the process. Commercial feasibility were evaluated by
the Food Companies involved on the basis of
their organization and their clients requirements (commercial
specifications).
The legal status was considered and
evaluated according to the approach of “Food Safety Objectives –
Role in Microbiological Food Safety Management” (RPFSO - Report)
