Description of Participant and Expertise:
Ortoreale has invested many resources in research and development of a production process that enhances all the organoleptic characteristics of the fresh-picked vegetables and ensures they arrive to the consumers "straight from the farm", which is generally difficult as fresh vegetables are highly perishable.

Thanks to an exclusive process of partial dehydration, Ortoreale can offer a wide range of ready-to-use vegetables with all the natural goodness and freshness of the just-picked product and a shelf life of more than 30 days.

Participating people
1 senior manager devoted to manage the research activity and 2 technicians with experience in the food production will be dedicated to the project.
