CSB is an Italian enterprise which produces VI Gamma fresh vegetable (carrots, cabbages, onions, fennel, salads, red and Milanese chicory) product for both catering and food retail industry.

Participating people
1 senior manager devoted to manage the research activity and 2 technicians with experience in food production will carry out theplanned  activities.
